WRC warrants HI-PRO products to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product and in normal usage. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, normal fading, alteration, nor damage from negligence and misuse. Repairs due to such circumstances will be performed for a reasonable charge and purchaser must ship to company and pay costs of shipping.

WRC will make repairs during the life of the product within ninety (90) days of receipt of product. No informal dispute settlement is available. Purchaser may pursue litigation for breach of warranty if dissatisfied with WRC's performance hereunder.

This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
